Alan has over 40 years of experience in fixing, fabricating, and finishing projects. He began his career as a stained glass artisan and quickly became renowned throughout Southern California for his ability to craft and paint beautiful glass pieces. He was sought out by churches, collectors, and even The Walt Disney Company to create custom pieces or restore existing work back to perfection. His rare ability to bend glass has provided him the opportunity to work on many unique jobs.

Alan expanded his skills to include both woods and metals, creating everything from lamps, to custom drum sets, to electronic targets for Hasbro's Nerf Challenge. In 2020 he launched a wedding company with his daughter Lisa called The ALTARnative, fabricating stunning, unique backdrops and a modular mobile chapel called The Dream Chapel.
